Return & Exchange Policy
To ensure your request is processed smoothly, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Check Eligibility

Timeframe: Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your items.

Condition: Items must be in brand new condition, with tags unremoved, and show no signs of use.

Important (Quality Issues): If you are applying for a return due to a defect, you must provide a full unboxing video as proof.
Step 2: Contact Customer Service

Reason for Return/Exchange

Photos of the item (or the unboxing video)
Step 3: Ship the Item Back

Non-Quality Issues: Please pack the item securely and ship it back. All shipping costs (including original and return shipping) are the responsibility of the customer.

Quality Issues: Please ship the item back first. Once verified, the company will cover both the return shipping and the cost of sending the replacement.
Step 4: Inspection & Processing
Once we receive the returned item, we will conduct an inspection (usually takes 1–3 business days):

Exchanges: After a successful inspection, the replacement style will be shipped within 7 business days.

Refunds: After a successful inspection, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 30 days.

Note: For non-quality related refunds, the original shipping cost incurred by the company will be deducted from the total refund amount.
